Square Enix published a trailer for the expansion earlier than planned called ReMIND and revealed its release date.
The trailer was deleted shortly after publication, but news portals managed to re-upload it to their channels. It makes it clear that ReMIND will be released on PlayStation 4 on January 23, while on Xbox One a month later on February 25.
According to the description, ReMIND tells the story that unfolds during the climax of Kingdom Hearts III. Determined to save Kairi, Sora travels to the Keyblade Graveyard shortly before the final battle. Deprived of material form, he pursues the hearts of the seven guardians of light. By experiencing their personal battles first-hand, Sora will uncover truths he never knew existed.
Kingdom Hearts III was released on January 29, 2019.
