Xfce 4.16 pre-release available

Began testing a preliminary version of the user environment xfce 4.16pre1. Release expected in October or November. The most noticeable change in the new branch was the transition of the interface to the GtkHeaderBar widget and the use of client-side window decoration (CSD), which made it possible to place menus, buttons, and other interface elements in the window header.

Of the changes, one can also note the termination of optional support for GTK2, the use of symbolic variants of icons, unification interface elements based on GtkTreeViews, extension features of the Thunar file manager.
