GNU Emacs 27.1 text editor release available

  • Termination of use unexec to organize loading in favor of a new portable "dumper" mechanism;
  • Taking into account the requirements of XDG specifications when placing initialization files;
  • Additional initialization file early-init;
  • Enable by default lexical bindings in Emacs Lisp;
  • Ability to resize and rotate images without using the ImageMagick package.
