Uncoded, non-telemetry VSCode editor variant available

In view of the disappointment with the development process of VSCodium and the retreat of the authors of VSCodium from the original ideas, the main of which was to turn off telemetry, a new Uncoded project was founded, the main goal of which is to get a complete analogue of VSCode OSS, but without telemetry.

The project was created due to the impossibility of continuing productive cooperation with the VSCodium team and the need for a working tool "for yesterday". It turned out to be easier to create a fork without telemetry than to reach out to the authors of VSCodium, and point out to them that they almost do not cut telemetry and ignore reports of problems with the β€œtelemetry” tag for months. In fact, only 2 bash scripts are used to clean and build VSCode OSS, one of which is borrowed from the VSCodium project, but may soon be rewritten.

For Debian/Ubuntu, the build process looks like this: sudo apt-get install build-essential g++ libx11-dev libxkbfile-dev libsecret-1-dev python-is-python3 BUILD_DEB=true ./build.sh

After that, the Linux-x86_64 build and, possibly, a deb or rpm package remain in the project directory, if the appropriate environment variable is specified (BUILD_DEB=true or BUILD_RPM=true).
