The Chinese company Vivo, according to online sources, is preparing a mid-range smartphone Z5X running the Funtouch OS 9 operating system based on Android 9.0 Pie.
It is known that the device will receive a display with a small hole for the front camera. The specifications of this panel were not disclosed, but it can be assumed that the size will exceed 6 inches diagonally.
The Snapdragon 675 or Snapdragon 670 processor will serve as the basis. The first of these chips contains eight Kryo 460 computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2,0 GHz, an Adreno 612 graphics accelerator and a Qualcomm AI Engine. The second product combines eight Kryo 360 cores with a clock speed of up to 2,0 GHz and an Adreno 615 graphics accelerator.
Smartphone Vivo Z5x will receive a powerful battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. Obviously, support for fast charging will be implemented.
According to IDC estimates, Vivo shipped 23,2 million smartphones in the first quarter of this year, ranking fifth on the list of top suppliers. The company's share was approximately 7,5%.
