EK-Vector Aorus RTX: Full Cover Water Blocks for Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti Aorus

EK Water Blocks has unveiled a couple of new full coverage waterblocks for graphics cards. The novelties are united in the EK-Vector Aorus RTX family, and as you might guess, they are designed to cool the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti graphics accelerators, released under the Aorus brand.

The base of each of the water blocks is made of nickel-plated copper. As it should be for full-coverage waterblocks, the bases of new products are able to remove heat not only from the GPU, but also from the memory chips located around it, as well as from the elements of the power subsystem. Due to this, complex cooling is provided, which will be especially useful during overclocking.

The top of each of the EK-Vector Aorus RTX series waterblocks is made of clear acrylic. Not without customizable RGB lighting that illuminates the entire water block, of course. The backlight is compatible with all popular control technologies from motherboard manufacturers, including proprietary Gigabyte RGB Fusion.

In addition to the new products, EK Water Blocks offers rear reinforcement plates, since the shape of the Aorus RTX water blocks does not allow them to be used with standard plates from these video cards. The cost of such a plate is 40 euros for the black version and 48 euros for the nickel-plated version.
