Experts of the IB Code conference will sum up the results of the year in Moscow

On December 5, a conference will be held at the Technopolis-Moscow Printers Congress Center “Information security code. Results»dedicated to issues of information security (IS), analysis of trends in modern IT threats and achievements in the fight against them. Leading experts will announce the key events that took place in 2019 in various industries in the context of information security, as well as name the main trends in 2020.

In many ways, the determining role for the industry is currently played by state regulators, such as the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, and for the financial sector - by the Central Bank. Representatives of these institutions, Dmitry Shevtsov (FSTEC of Russia) and Artyom Sychev (FinCERT), will be guests of the Dialogue with the Regulator section, which will take place at the beginning of the conference. They will also take part in a plenary discussion moderated by Alexey Lukatsky (Cisco Systems). Experts will discuss what lessons the Russian information security market has learned over the 5 years of existence under Western sanctions.

In the main part of the conference, the organizers plan to work in six sections: "Threats", "Technologies", "CII Security", "People", "Legislation", "Finances". Denis Gorchakov (OKS Group) will make a presentation on the IS service model, Egor Bigun (IBS DataFort) will talk about the procedure for complying with the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation when working with "clouds". Sergei Vakhonin (Smart Line Inc.) will touch upon the topical issue of working with personal data in his report. The topic of GDPR compliance will be covered by Natalya Gulyaeva (Hogan Lovells), who will also present an overview of the court practice that has developed over the 1,5 years of the GDPR in Russia.

The conference program also includes reports by Alexey Lukatsky, Anton Shipulin (Kaspersky Lab), Evgeny Tsarev (RTM Group), Alexey Komarov (UCSB), Dmitry Kandybovich (StaffCop), Artyom Muntyan (independent information security expert).
