On January 8, 2024, the next version of the open real-time operating system Embox was released.
Among the changes:
- Improved support for AARCH64 architecture.
- Improved support for RISC-V architecture.
- Added support for STM32F103 Blue Pill board.
- Added support for Vostok Uno-VN035 board.
- The @NoCode annotation has been added to the Mybuild language.
- Improved devices subsystem.
- Support for flash devices has been redesigned.
- The logging subsystem (Logger) has been redesigned.
- Improved STM32 support.
- The GIC interrupt controller has been redesigned.
- The libIEC61850 project (an implementation of IEC 61850, a standard for networks and communication systems in power substations) has been ported into the system.
- Ported Mbed TLS.
- Many other fixes and improvements.
