After installing a fan creation, users will be able to walk around the castle, inspect the courtyard, walls and rooms. It is important to note here that Loan took the citadel from the first The Witcher as a basis, and not the third, where it is displayed in much more detail. The author accompanied the release of the modification with a brief trailer, in which he showed hikes in the fortress in VR, visual effects and birds flying over Kaer Morhen. The modification lacks battles and other elements of the game, as it was created solely for contemplation.

The project can be downloaded from  link on the Nexus Mods website after prior authorization. To run it, you will need the official version of the first The Witcher, as well as a virtual reality headset. The mod supports helmets from Oculus, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality. In the future, Patrick Loan plans to bring The Witcher's prologue to VR and make it fully playable.
