As the event dedicated to the upcoming announcement of the OPPO Reno smartphone approaches, more and more information, leaks and rumors regarding it appear on the Web.
Recently, two new OPPO devices with model numbers "PCGT00" and "PCGM00" appeared on the website of the China Telecommunications Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA), which belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, MIIT), allegedly which are versions of OPPO Reno.
According to information displayed on the TENAA website, the smartphone has a 6,5β³ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 Γ 1080 pixels. The clock frequency of the processor is 2,2 GHz. That is, there is every reason to believe that we are talking about the Snapdragon 710 processor, which will be paired with 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB flash drive, a 3680 mAh battery and the Android 9.0 platform.
Like the previously highlighted PCAM00 model, the new models also have a rear dual camera, but the resolution of the main camera is much lower - 16 megapixels.
Apparently, we should expect the release of three models of the OPPO Reno series - budget, standard and flagship. The latest one is expected to be based on the Snapdragon 855 chip and the ColorOS software platform, and support 10x hybrid optical zoom.
