“This game is officially dead”: users complain about the abundance of bots in PUBG and their sluggishness

Recently, developers from PUBG Corporation added in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds bots. The innovation was supposed to reduce the threshold for entering the royal battle for inexperienced players. The company tried to make AI-controlled fighters look like real users as much as possible with their behavior. However, the result, judging by the feedback from the players, turned out to be depressing.

“This game is officially dead”: users complain about the abundance of bots in PUBG and their sluggishness

Only a few days have passed since the addition of bots, and users have already criticized the decision of PUBG Corporation. On Reddit HydrapulseZero created a thread about a new issue in battle royale: “This game is completely broken and officially dead. There were seventy bots in the match with me. No tension, incredibly boring.” Then other PUBG fans who faced a similar situation unsubscribed in the discussion. Here are the comments of a few dissatisfied users:

Bip-Poy: "Until now, I've only met one person alive in every match."

ch00nz: "I just played Erangel with 26 real players... damn boring."

georgios82: “Had a solo FPP match with 96 bots and XNUMX real opponents. This is ridiculous".

Therealglassceiling: “Agreed, they killed PUBG. It's a shame".

The Reddit thread has almost 20 comments, and most users note the abundance of bots in many of the contests. Players believe that the developers simply fill the vacant places in the match with AI-controlled fighters and their number does not depend on the rating of users. PUBG fans have also discovered a second problem: the search for a team has become much longer. Instead of 30-3 seconds, many have to wait 4-XNUMX minutes, and then they get into a competition with dozens of bots.

Developers from PUBG Corporation have not yet responded to user dissatisfaction.
