Yesterday Microsoft released new patch in the form of a cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 and older builds. There are tons of fixes for corporate and general users.

It happened again: in Windows 10, printers were completely repaired and Start was broken

Patch KB4517389 is said to fix all printing issues. This is confirmed by users. The fixes will also include security improvements for Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. But, as usual, the update broke Start. Yes, again. Apparently problems from KB4524147 was not enough.

On the Microsoft support forum and on Reddit, users have reported that Start gives a critical error, and it is not yet clear what exactly causes it. The company has so far said that they could not reproduce the situation at home, but the problem is being studied. True, it is not clear what users should do. Apparently, as always, wait and remove the "buggy" patch, waiting for fixes.

This isn't the first time users have reported that fixing bugs causes other issues.
