Formlabs also announced a new 3D printer, the Form 3B, designed to simplify the dental implant manufacturing process. The Form 3 2D printer previously released by the company made it possible to print 13 million components for the needs of dentists.

The Form 3B is unique in that it can be used to produce more than 10 dental components, allowing users to switch between different types of materials. In particular, it can be used to make models of crowns and bridges, models of aligners and retainers, dentures with different shades of tooth color, etc.
