This was announced on Twitter by leak master Ben Geskin, who posted a photo of the consumer packaging of the Apple Card, as well as a picture of the card itself. Geskin used Adobe Photoshop to replace the Apple employee's name on the map with his own to preserve the source's anonymity.

Apple Card will be available both in virtual form, allowing you to make payments in the Apple Pay service, and in the format of a physical card made of titanium.

The card, which is said to be in beta, has the user's name laser-etched on it, but no number or expiration date. This data will be available in the Wallet app for the iPhone smartphone. A magnetic strip is visible on the back of the card, and there is also a built-in chip.

According to Ben Geskin, the card contains an NFC tag, which allows you to link a physical card with a digital one in the Wallet app. He also noted that while the card looks golden, it should have the same silver hue as the card Apple showed off at the March 25 press conference.

Apple Card is expected to be available to iPhone users this summer.
