Earlier, due to the refusal to share the keys in Russia, the Telegram messenger was blocked by a court decision.
According to RBC's source, Yandex believes that the FSB interprets the norm of the Yarovaya law too broadly: allow analyzing all traffic from users to Yandex services in the register of information dissemination organizers. Not to mention the fact that decrypting all traffic within a user session carries significant security risks.β
