Edition drew attention to the creativity of a Reddit forum user under the nickname Apeinator. An enthusiast recreated in Dreams the gameplay segment of The Last of Us Part II, shown in the trailer from E3 2018. The episode is dedicated to the brutal battle of the main character Ellie with enemies.
In his work, Apeinator focused on extremely accurate transmission of all character movements. He used simple mannequin-like models of people, but took care of the authentic environment and lighting. The video demonstrating the enthusiast's creation begins with Ellie trying to sneak up on the enemy. Along the way, she is spotted by another enemy on the left and a fight begins. In it, a girl uses a knife and a hammer to deal with her enemies.

While the 30-second scene might initially seem simple, it was actually difficult to recreate in the Media Molecule project, as all the animation had to be done manually. Commenters on Reddit praised Apeinator for his creativity.
