The practice of location tracking led to a scandal last year when it was revealed that Google continues to track users even if the location tracking feature is turned off in settings. To completely disable activity tracking, you must also configure the menu for tracking activity on the Internet and applications in a certain way. The new feature will automatically remove all data about the actions and location of the user that Google collects.

Google's official announcement says that the new feature will be available to users around the world in the next few weeks. The option to manually delete location data will also remain and will be available. The developers note that the new function, which removes data about the location and activity of the user, may receive additional options in the future.
