Progress MS-11 cargo spacecraft left the ISS

Apparatus "Progress MS-11", recall, set off into orbit in April of this year. The "truck" delivered to the ISS over 2,5 tons of various cargoes, including equipment for scientific experiments.

It should be noted that the Progress MS-11 ship was launched according to an ultra-short two-turn scheme: the flight took less than three and a half hours.

As it is now reported, the device set sail from the Pirs docking compartment. In the near future, the spacecraft will be de-orbited. The main elements will burn up in the earth's atmosphere, and the remaining parts will be flooded in the South Pacific Ocean - a zone closed to aviation and navigation.

Meanwhile, a Soyuz-31a carrier rocket with a Progress MS-2.1 cargo ship was installed at the launch complex at site No. 12 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome. The launch is scheduled for July 31, 2019 at 15:10 Moscow time. The device will deliver fuel, water and cargo to the ISS, necessary for the further operation of the station in a manned mode.
