The final specifications of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 video card have appeared on the Internet, the sale of which should begin next week. The data was "leaked" from the benchmark.pl website, which posted the parameters of four video card models at once, along with detailed specifications.
The device operates on the basis of the Turing architecture TU117 GPU, which has 896 CUDA cores in its arsenal. There are 56 texture mapping units (TMUs) and 32 render units (ROPs). According to the data presented, the operating frequencies of the device will be in the range from 1395 MHz to 1560 MHz. The video card has 4 GB of GDDR5 video memory with a 128-bit bus, which operates at a frequency of up to 8000 MHz, thus providing a total bandwidth of 128 GB / s. The rated power consumption is 75W, which means no additional power is needed for most adapters. Manufacturers who plan to use high operating frequencies can add a 6-pin auxiliary power connector.
The presence of significant differences in the characteristics of the GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce GTX 1660 suggests the manufacturer's plans to create a GeForce GTX 1650 Ti accelerator, which is likely to be announced later.
