A new version of the turn-based strategy Hedgewars has been released (similar games: Worms, Warmux, Artillery, Scorched Earth).
In this release:
- Campaigns take into account the settings of the playing team.
- Single player missions can now be completed by any of your teams while saving progress.
- The sizes of hand-drawn maps can be adjusted using the slider.
- The quick game mode provides a wider range of parameters.
- The bee can be used as a secondary weapon.
- Numerous bug fixes and GUI improvements.
- And much more: the changelog contains over 180 lines!
The version of the game has been raised to 1.0, which means that the goals set have been achieved, but of course, we have huge plans for the future. I also note that the project will celebrate its 15th anniversary the other day!
