Huawei confirms readiness to supply Apple with 5G chips of its own production

Telecommunication company Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd is ready to supply 5G chips for Apple Inc. smartphones. This was stated in an interview with CNBC by the president of the Chinese company, Ren Zhengfei.

The interview said that the company is considering supplying 5G mobile chips of its own design to other companies involved in the production of smartphones. This approach will affect the change in Huawei's strategy, since the Chinese manufacturer previously did not intend to sell 5G chips to third-party developers.
