ID-Cooling has announced the SE-224-XT Basic processor cooling system, designed to work with AMD and Intel chips.
The solution is tower type. The cooler is said to be able to handle CPU cooling with a maximum heat dissipation of up to 180W.
The overall dimensions of the novelty are 120 Γ 73 Γ 154 mm. Thus, the product will be able to fit in most mid-tower cases.
The cooler includes four copper U-shaped heat pipes. They are made according to the Direct-Touch scheme, which means direct contact with the processor cover.
The radiator is blown by a fan with a diameter of 120 mm. Its rotation speed is controlled by pulse width modulation (PWM) in the range from 700 to 1800 rpm. The maximum air flow is 130 cubic meters per hour, the noise level is up to 32,5 dBA.
The novelty is compatible with all common processors, including Intel LGA2066/2011/1150/1151/1155/1156 and AMD AM4 chips.
The ID-Cooling SE-224-XT Basic is priced at approximately $30.
