Among the new products presented by Acer at IFA 2019 were the Predator Triton gaming laptops built on the Intel hardware platform.
In particular, an updated version of the gaming laptop Predator Triton 500 has been announced. This laptop is equipped with a 15,6-inch screen with Full HD resolution - 1920 Γ 1080 pixels. Moreover, the refresh rate of the panel reaches an incredible 300 Hz.
The laptop is equipped with a ninth-generation Intel Core i7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or RTX 2080 Max-Q discrete graphics accelerator. The amount of RAM is 16 or 32 GB. Supports two PCIe 3.0 x4 SSDs. The thickness of the case is 17,9 mm, weight - 2,1 kg.
In addition, the Predator Triton 300 gaming laptop is presented, equipped with a 15,6-inch IPS screen with Full HD resolution, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a response time of 3 ms.
The arsenal of this model includes a ninth-generation Intel Core i7 processor, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card, 16/32 GB DDR4-2666 RAM, two PCIe NVMe SSDs with a capacity of up to 1 TB each in a RAID 0 configuration, and a hard drive with a capacity of up to 2 TB. The Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650 wireless adapter and backlit keyboard are mentioned.
The laptops feature a powerful cooling system that includes metal-bladed fans and strategically placed air intakes and vents.
The Predator Triton 500 laptop with a screen refresh rate of 300 Hz will appear in Russian retail in October at a price of 199 rubles. Sales of the Predator Triton 990 will begin in November, the price is from 300 rubles.
