Sharkoon has released the Light2 100 computer mouse designed for gamers. The novelty is already available for order at an estimated price of 25 euros.
The entry-level manipulator is equipped with a PixArt 3325 optical sensor, the resolution of which is adjustable from 200 to 5000 DPI (dots per inch). A wired USB interface is used to connect to a computer; the polling frequency reaches 1000 Hz.
A total of six programmable buttons are available to users. Omron's main switches are rated for 20 million operations. The length of the USB cable with gold-plated connector is 180 cm.
The mouse is equipped with multi-color RGB lighting, which can be customized through the accompanying software. Up to five user profiles can be stored in the 64 KB built-in memory.
The Light2 100 weighs 78g and measures 120 x 66 x 42mm. Guaranteed compatibility with computers running Windows operating systems.
