Corsair has unveiled the Vengeance 5189 gaming-grade desktop system in a relatively compact chassis.
The novelty is based on a Micro-ATX motherboard based on the Intel Z390 logic set. The Intel Core i7-9700K processor of the Coffee Lake generation is used: it combines eight cores with a clock speed of 3,6 GHz (it rises to 4,9 GHz in turbo mode). A liquid cooling system is used to remove heat from the chip.
Dimensions are 395 × 280 × 355 mm. The case is made in white color and endowed with a tempered glass panel through which the interior space is clearly visible.
The computer carries on board 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3000 RAM. Storage is handled by a fast M.2 NVMe SSD with a capacity of 960 GB.
The graphics subsystem includes a powerful discrete accelerator NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080. The gaming station's arsenal includes a Gigabit Ethernet network controller, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2 wireless adapters, USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports (Type-A and Type-C), USB 3.1 Gen 1, HDMI, etc.
Windows 10 Home operating system is installed on the computer. The Corsair Vengeance 5189 is priced at $2800.
