In Win has announced a new and unusual computer case called Alice, which was inspired by the classic fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland" by English writer Lewis Carroll. And the novelty really turned out to be very different from other computer cases.
The In Win Alice case frame is made of ABS plastic and steel elements are attached to it, on which components are attached. Outside, a polyester cover is βput onβ on the case. The chassis will ship with gray side panels and a gray or orange top panel. However, additional exterior panels will also be offered in different colors and patterns.
However, the creators of the Alice case were not limited to only unusual design and non-standard materials. The motherboard inside the case is placed in such a way that its connector panel is directed upwards, and not towards the back. This provides more convenient access to ports and connectors. To protect against dust from above, the case is covered by a special panel.
In Win Alice can accommodate motherboards up to ATX size, graphics cards up to 300mm long, CPU coolers up to 195mm high, and ATX power supplies up to 220mm long. There are also seats for one 3,5-inch and three 2,5-inch drives. One 120mm fan or radiator can be mounted on the top panel, and three more 120mm fans or a radiator up to 360mm can be mounted on the bottom panel.
The cost, as well as the date of the start of sales of the unusual case In Win Alice, have not yet been specified.
