The interview touched upon the impact of Cyberpunk 2077 on the entire cyberpunk genre. Pavel Sasko claims that at the time of the announcement, this entourage was considered almost dead, almost no one was mastering it. From the moment of the first teaser to the announcement of the release date, several samples in the mentioned category were released, for example, the series "Altered Carbon" and the feature film "Blade Runner 2049". The developers wanted to update the genre, so they looked at different works from the past and figured out how cyberpunk could develop in the future. When modeling an ATV, one of the authors said: "It looks like the car was created by Atari." Everyone liked that.

Pavel Sasko vaguely answered the question about the multiplayer mode: “I do not say yes, but I do not deny such a possibility. We're still mulling over whether Cyberpunk 2077 needs multiplayer and in what form. If multiplayer competitions appear in the game, then much later than the release. The lead quest designer noted that CD Projekt RED is primarily known for its great stories, colorful characters, and an extensive selection system. That is why the studio is still discussing whether to add network elements to the single-player Cyberpunk 2077.

He also said that the scheduled release date is in line with the internal schedule and that he is not reworking right now, although various things happened in the process.
