The fact is that keyboards often request this permission to enable additional features. But in the case of iOS/iPadOS, they receive such rights in any case. Needless to say, critical data like passwords, bank card numbers, and more are at risk.
The company is currently testing the beta version of iOS 13.2, but there is no information yet about the timing of its release. For now, you can switch to a native Apple keyboard, which is not affected by the problem, and remove third-party ones. Or at least use a proprietary keyboard to enter important data.
In addition, it is recommended to check whether your smartphone or tablet is using a keyboard with full system access. This can be done like this:
- Go to Settings.
- Go to General β> Keyboard β> Keyboards.
- See which applications require full access to the system partition.
- Remove them before the release of patch 13.2.
