β€œCyprus has been a key European jurisdiction for Russian business since the 90s. In the 2010s, the Russian IT sector was ripe for international expansion and also chose Cyprus. The reasons are similar - British law, low taxes and a predictable state. Since 2016, 200+ IT companies from Russia have opened offices on the island. "Old" and "new" Cyprus need each other, but live in many respects separately. We are creating a forum to help unite these worlds,” said forum organizer Nikita Daniels.

Parimatch Managing Partner Sergey Portnov will tell the forum participants why Cyprus was chosen as the company's European headquarters. The Chairman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, Demetra Kalogherou, will share useful information about the regulation of cryptocurrencies, taxes and rules for IT and fintech companies.

The well-known film producer Timur Bekmambetov is also expected to participate in the forum, who will talk about his current projects and work in Cyprus.

The forum will include panel discussions on the issues of registering companies and opening bank accounts in Cyprus, taxation, attracting and retaining personnel.
