The release will take place in the digital store Steam, where the corresponding page has already been opened. The minimum system requirements (though not too detailed) are also published there. To run, you need a 2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and an OpenGL 2.1-enabled graphics card with 512 MB of video memory. The game will take only 700 MB on your hard drive. There is no information about a possible release in the GOG and Humble stores yet, but the authors did not rule out such a possibility. “Rest assured, we are well aware of the benefits of DRM-free gaming. You know, we are PC gamers too!” the studio said in a statement.

“Lead a squad of ambitious heroes in a colorful, hand-drawn world and fight through intense combat using only your wits and a fan of cards,” says Image & Form Games. - Brave any threat by creating your own deck of over 100 unique cards!

In terms of mechanics, SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech looks like this: in real time, you travel through a drawn 2D world, communicate with characters, look for treasures and receive new quests. When faced with enemies, you enter a turn-based mode: during each turn, you are given several cards from the deck that determine certain actions. Using cards, you need to build a chain of actions to defeat enemies, as well as strengthen and heal your characters. You control not one fighter, but a group, and each hero has his own collection of cards.
