We just updated KDE neon to be rebased on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. We do this every two years, and the 22.04 LTS base was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain, with an old version of Pipewire, and packages like Krita not compiling at all.
KDE neon is a distribution based on the LTS version of Ubuntu, but provides a more recent version of KDE than Ubuntu.
