Gameforge has announced that Kingdom Under Fire 2, which was announced 11 years ago, will be released in Europe and North America this year.
Kingdom Under Fire 2, like its 2004 predecessor, combines action RPG with real-time strategy elements. In addition, the second part is an MMO. The project takes place 50 years after the events of Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders in a world where three powerful factions - the Human Alliance, the Dark Legion and the Encablossians - compete for control of the land of Bersia.
Players can choose from multiple hero classes and create their own individual characters or command vast armies as military strategists. Kingdom Under Fire 2 also has a multiplayer story campaign.
