Fighting game Metal Revolution from Chinese NEXT Studios will be released not only on PC (), as previously reported, but also on PlayStation 4 - the developers announced this during the ongoing ChinaJoy 2019 event in Shanghai. The developers brought a version for PlayStation 4 to the show, which visitors can play.
Metal Revolution is a cyberpunk fighting game with simple controls, but, as the creators promise, deep and innovative gameplay. Even beginners will be able to carry out complex chains of strikes. The game also features a blocking system that allows you to instantly go on the offensive.
The game takes place in a futuristic universe where players witness a conflict between humanity and technology. Each of the characters (most of them are cyborgs or even robots) offers its own technique and unique executions, allowing you to spectacularly finish off your opponents.
Metal Revolution will support local play with friends, training, an arcade mode for battles with computer opponents, fast and rated battles online. After launch, the developers promise to expand the number of fighters and arenas, add new game modes, including a story campaign, and build in a store where additional skins and characters can be unlocked using in-game currency.
