Corsair has expanded its range of gaming-grade keyboards with the announcement of the full-sized K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard.
The novelty can connect to the computer in three different ways. One of them is wired, via the USB interface. In addition, Bluetooth wireless technology is supported. Finally, the SlipStream ultra-fast response wireless technology (2,4 GHz band) is implemented: it is claimed that in this mode the delay in communicating with a computer is less than 1 ms.
The keyboard received a multi-color RGB backlight with the ability to customize the buttons. At the top there are additional keys for controlling the media player, on the left there are six dedicated programmable buttons for macro commands.
Claimed battery life on a single battery charge up to 35 hours with activated backlight and 175 hours without backlight.
Among other things, it is worth mentioning a removable palm rest and the 8KRO with Anti-Ghosting function for recognizing eight simultaneously pressed buttons.
The Corsair K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard will be available for an estimated price of $100.
