Thermaltake has unveiled two new keyboards at the Consumer Electronics Show 2020 (CES 2020), models called TK5 RGB and W1 Wireless.

The novelties are mechanical. The Thermaltake TK5 RGB will be available with Cherry MX Blue and Silver switches. Implemented multi-color backlight; talks about compatibility with the Thermaltake TT RGB PLUS ecosystem.

The top panel of Thermaltake TK5 RGB is made of aluminum. There are additional buttons to control the multimedia player, as well as a roller to adjust the volume. The USB interface is used to connect to a computer.

The Thermaltake W1 Wireless, as the name suggests, communicates wirelessly with a PC. At the same time, it is possible to connect via Bluetooth 4.3 or via a small USB transceiver operating in the 2,4 GHz frequency range. Plus, the device can be used in wired mode using the USB Type-C port.

Buyers will be offered versions of the Thermaltake W1 Wireless with Cherry MX Red, Blue and Brown switches. There are additional buttons to control the media player. A charge of two AAA batteries is said to be enough for a month of operation.

Finally, the universal WR1 Wrist Rest is announced. This shape memory accessory is compatible with most standard keyboards.
