Since 2015, BQ has been preinstalling a number of domestic applications, including a browser, the Yandex search engine, and the Podari Zhizn charitable foundation mobile application. Since 2019, the installation of the mail application from Mail.ru has begun. By July 1, 2020, BQ plans to supplement the package of pre-installed Russian applications. These will be a social network, an antivirus, a messenger, cloud storage, cards, the State Services service and the Mir Pay application.

“Currently, all agreements with application developers have already been reached,” comments Timofey Melikhov, technical director of BQ. — The only thing left to do is to agree on the pre-installation of the “Gosuslugi” service and the national payment system “Mir”. Right now we are actively negotiating on this issue. We are pleased that together with BQ smartphones, users will receive really high-quality software.”

BQ has been operating on the Russian market since 2013. The main assortment portfolio of the company consists of smartphones, mobile phones, TVs and tablet computers in the budget and mid-price segments.
