In 2019, the annual conference will be held for the fifth time Linux Peter. As in previous years, the conference will be a two-day conference with 2 parallel streams of reports.

As always, a wide range of topics related to the operation of the Linux family of operating systems, such as: Storage, Cloud, Embeded, Network, Virtualization, IoT, Open Source, Mobile, Linux troubleshooting and tooling, Linux devOps and development processes and much more.

Main language of the conference and materials: English. As the experience of 4 past conferences has shown, practically no one has problems with understanding reports in English. We are currently discussing the need for simultaneous translation from English into Russian.

Call for papers

We call on all those who are not indifferent, everyone who cannot stand aside and wants to share their experience, all those who have something to tell, submit your report and make yourself known to the world of the Linux community.

The order and procedure for submitting a report.

  1. Follow the link and fill out the form on the site. Indicate in the abstract as many technical details as possible regarding your report, describe it as concisely and in detail as possible. A draft presentation of the report is welcome.
  2. Within seven days from the date of submission of the report, the program committee will contact you and discuss further actions for joint work.
  3. After the preliminary approval of your report, we schedule a report run (usually in google hangouts). At this stage, the presentation is expected to be as close as possible to the final version. If necessary, and in order to improve the quality of the performance, an additional run may be assigned.
  4. If the stage of the report run is successfully passed, the report is added to the conference program.
