Coronavirus: perhaps some of the voice acting will appear in Cyberpunk 2077 only with the first day patch

In an interview with Video Games Chronicle, CD Projekt RED Vice President of Business Development Michał Nowakowski said that the developers encountered difficulties in localizing Cyberpunk 2077. According to him, during quarantine it is difficult to record lines with the participation of some actors. Because of this, some of the voice acting can only be added with the day one patch.

How does the portal DualShockers citing the original source, Michal Nowakowski stated: “There were some difficulties with the localization process, especially with the work of individual actors. However, we managed to record most of the voiceovers, but there are always a few last sessions remaining. We're not too worried about this since we can record the remaining cues later and add them as a patch. Once people buy the game in September, they'll simply download the missing localization file, but the voice acting process is a bit of a hassle right now. This is literally the only item left on the to-do list, because we have already overcome everything else.”
