Developers from the Little Green Men Games studio presented the first gameplay trailer for the space role-playing game Starpoint Gemini 3.
The video is very short (lasts less than one and a half minutes), but during this time we will be shown several locations, the main characterβs fighter, space stations, various starships, as well as a battle with many enemy ships. It will be possible to destroy enemies both from a third person and from the cockpit of a starship. Note that the video was shot based on the alpha version of the game, so the visual component will almost certainly change for release.
At the moment, the project is announced only for PC, but the second part has also been released on Xbox One. It is quite possible that the sequel will also visit this console. The PC release of Starpoint Gemini 3 will take place this year on the Steam digital store, where there is already a corresponding page.
We will play as a space traveler and adventurer, Captain Jonathan Bold. Together with him, we will have to roam the vast expanses of space on a starship, βparticipate in fierce battles, visit amazing worlds and meet interesting characters in order to get the answers that the hero is looking for.β For the first time in the series, all non-player characters will be created in 3D and fully animated. In addition to the Gemini sector already familiar to fans of the series, two more star systems await us, βin which you can visit a lot of interesting places, from dark pubs with dubious personalities to high-tech centers and bright, noisy nightclubs.β
