The creative director of Saber Interactive has hinted that remasters of other parts of Crysis will be released in the future

Last week Crytek announced Crysis Remastered for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, which is being created in collaboration with Saber Interactive. Its creative director Tim Willits, who joined Saber from id Software, recently posted interesting details on Twitter. From the words of the director, it becomes clear that remasters of other parts of Crysis will appear in the future.

The messages in question have already been deleted from Willits' account, but the resource PlayStation Lifestyle shared screenshots that enthusiasts managed to take. The pictures show two posts, and the first one reads: "I've always loved the Crysis games and am excited to partner with Crytek to bring them to a new audience." And then Tim Willits said: β€œWe will tell you more about the remasters in the near future. I'm glad people are excited."

In his posts, Saber Interactive's creative director wrote "games" and "remasters" - in the plural. It is unlikely that he made a typo twice, and the subsequent deletion of posts confirms that Tim Willits was talking about other updated parts of the franchise. There have been no official comments from Crytek regarding the creative director’s statements yet.
