Lenovo does not specify which processors will be used in the new Legion gaming laptops. Previous models used Core i5 and Core i7 chips, so we can assume that the new products will use new chips from these series. NVIDIA graphics cards up to GeForce RTX 15,6 will be responsible for graphics processing in the 5-inch Legion 2060i, and up to GeForce RTX 17,3 Super Max-Q in the 7-inch Legion 2080i.

Lenovo specifically notes support for the new NVIDIA Advanced Optimus technology, which should increase the battery life of laptops. This technology should automatically recognize tasks that require discrete graphics, and those that can be done with integrated graphics. What is the difference between the new technology and the usual NVIDIA Optimus has not yet been specified.
