Lenovo Vice President Chang Cheng has released information through the Chinese microblogging service Weibo that a presentation of a new smartphone is scheduled for May 22.
Unfortunately, the head of Lenovo did not go into details about the upcoming device. But observers believe that the announcement of a mid-range smartphone that will enter the K Series family is being prepared.
This device may be a model with the code name L38111, which recently "Β» on the website of the China Telecommunications Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA). The smartphone has a 6,3-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 2430 Γ 1080 pixels, an octa-core processor, and a triple main camera. The amount of RAM can be 3, 4 and 6 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 32, 64 and 128 GB.
There is also a possibility that on May 22, Lenovo will announce the L78121 smartphone - βlightweightβ device Z6 Pro. Information about the characteristics of this model is not yet available.
According to IDC estimates, 310,8 million smartphones were sold globally in the first quarter of this year. This is 6,6% less than in the first quarter of 2018.
