LibreOffice removed VLC integration and stays with GStreamer

LibreOffice (a free, open-source, cross-platform office suite) uses AVMedia components internally to support playback and embedding of audio and video into documents or slideshows. It also supported VLC integration for audio/video playback, but after years of not developing this initially experimental functionality, VLC has now been removed, with about 2k lines of code removed in total. GStreamer and other components remain.

The patcher says that if anyone needs VLC in LibreOffice, the patch can be reversed if someone takes steps to improve the codebase.
