Linux-skills: Linux competitions for children and youth

Very soon, as part of the TechnoKakTUS technical creativity festival, the Linux-skills competition for children and youth will start.

The competition will be held in two categories: Alt-skills (ALT Linux) and Calculate-skills (Calculate Linux) and three age groups: 10-13 years old, 14-17 years old, 18-22 years old.

Registration is already open and will be available until March 5, 2024 inclusive. The competition will be held from March 6 to April 01 in two stages: qualifying - testing and final - practical task.
The final will be held at venues in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Moscow region, Rostov-on-Don (venues in other cities are in the process of approval).
As part of the competition, participants will have to move from MS Windows to Linux, saving all documents, and also configure the local network.

Educational institutions, if desired, can become supporting platforms and host the full-time stage at their base. To do this, you need to contact the organizers.
