First update in two years released Luminance HDR, a freeware program for assembling HDR photos from an exposure fork, followed by tone mapping.
In this version:
- Four new tone projection operators: ferwerda, kimkautz, lischinski and vanhateren.
- All operators are faster and use less memory (patches from RawTherapee developer).
- Gamma correction and saturation correction can now be performed in post-processing.
- A preview of the final image has been added to the HDR build wizard.
The source code and builds for Windows and macOS are officially available. Eat unofficial build in AppImage.
