MediaTek has expanded its range of mobile processors by announcing the Helio P95 chip for high-performance smartphones with support for fourth-generation 4G/LTE cellular communications.
The product has eight computing cores. These are two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at up to 2,2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2,0GHz.
The integrated PowerVR GM 94446 accelerator is responsible for graphics processing. Work with LPDDR4X RAM memory is supported, the volume of which can reach 8 GB.
Devices based on the new platform can be equipped with displays with a resolution of up to 2520 Γ 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21:9.
We are talking about support for 64-megapixel cameras. In addition, dual cameras in a 24M + 16M pixel configuration can be used.
