Microsoft has released an update that fixes problems with printing documents in Windows 10

A few days ago, users of the Windows 10 software platform began to complain that after installing the June cumulative update, they had problems printing documents. Documents sent to the print queue disappeared, and printers from different manufacturers simply disappeared from the list of available devices. The issue affects all supported versions of Windows, including Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 versions 1507, 1607, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, and 2004.

Microsoft acknowledged the problem and promptly released an additional update that fixes problems with printing documents. However, at the moment the update is not available for all versions of the software platform. To solve printing problems, users of Windows 10 versions 1909 and 1903 should download and install the KB4567512 package, for Windows 10 (1809) - KB4567513, for Windows 10 (1803) - KB4567514. The issue is not resolved for Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 versions 1506, 1607, and 2004 at this time.

Appropriate updates for the mentioned versions of the Windows 10 software platform are available from Windows Update.
