Microsoft today released Windows 10 build 19613.1005 to beta users who will be the first to receive builds with the latest features (Fast Ring). However, there is nothing new in this edition. In fact, this is a cumulative update for the build released last week. Microsoft stated that the update is intended to test the servicing pipeline for Fast Ring builds.
In December, the company announced that Fast Ring builds would no longer be tied to a specific development branch. In other words, today's update should not be related to builds 20H2 or 21H1. This is just an update to test build maintenance features for developers.
On the other hand, it's possible that members of the Windows Insider Program will start receiving test builds of 20H2 soon. According to reports, this update will not bring significant changes to the operating system, as it did with 19H2 last year.
To install today's update, you must download it through Windows Update, or wait for it to install automatically. Of course, for this you need to be a member of the Windows Insider program with quick updates.
