Apple plans to soon introduce new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models with scissor-switch keyboards.
According to the forecast of the famous TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, outlined in an analytical note to investors, new Apple products with a scissor keyboard mechanism will appear in the second quarter of 2020.
Last year, the company released the 16-inch MacBook Pro, which brought back the more familiar Magic Keyboard with scissor switching instead of the proven unreliable butterfly keyboard.
Ming-Chi Kuo also spoke a little more about Apple's long-awaited transition to ARM processors. According to the analyst, MacBook models with Apple-designed processors could go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2020 or the first quarter of 2021.
