Intel Comet Lake-S processors in the LGA 1200 version went on sale at the end of May, in some places there was a shortage of some models, so it was possible to judge the first full month of sales only by the end of June. The statistics of the German online store MindFactory showed that the debut of the competitor's new processors almost did not shake AMD's positions.

Specified online store characterized by a high degree of loyalty of the consumer audience to AMD products, which is not typical for most other retail chains that issue at least some public statistics. If in May AMD products accounted for 89% of sales in quantitative terms, then in June this figure dropped to 87%. Now Intel products in real terms account for 13% of the sales structure of the MindFactory store.

In terms of revenue, the changes are even less noticeable. AMD's share decreased sequentially from 84% to 83%, the competing brand strengthened its position from 16% to 17%. In general, Intel processors are characterized by a higher average selling price, in June it was 301 euros, down from previous periods. The average selling price of AMD processors continues to increase, by June it reached 218 euros.

Among Intel products, Comet Lake processors introduced in May managed to take 26% in terms of quantity and 29% in terms of value. Given the low popularity of Intel products among MindFactory customers, in the overall sales structure, they could claim only 3% in quantitative terms and 5% in monetary terms. Current generation AMD processors Matisse continue to dominate, accounting for 72% in volume terms and 74% in terms of revenue.

The Ryzen 5 3600 was the leader in the model standings in terms of the number of copies sold in June, almost twice as popular as the Ryzen 7 3700X. The third place went to the not the cheapest Ryzen 9 3900X, the hybrid Ryzen 3 3200G took the fourth position. Only in ninth place can you find the Intel Core i7-9700K processor, and the representative of the recently released Comet Lake family in the face of the Core i7-10700K is only two positions behind it.

In terms of revenue, the popularity rating of processors looks a little different, the first five positions are occupied by representatives of the AMD Matisse family, but the sixth is already occupied by the Intel Core i7-9700K. It is followed by the Core i9-9900K and Core i7-10700K, but the flagship 9-core Core i10900-XNUMXK does not make it into either of these rankings.
